COFFEE OF OCTOBER – RWANDA INTANGO

Since cupping this coffee back in March I’ve been super excited to get my hands on it.  If I was going to turn my cupping notes into a legible sentence, it would read something like this. 

“A warm mixed berry pie has just been pulled from the oven and sits cooling on the kitchen bench, just one whiff and your mouth starts salivating”

So,  it was an obvious choice to add this to our Single Origin offering for the coming months.  Rwandan coffee is always one of my favourites, the delicate acidities and unique characters make it the perfect choice for black coffees.  Long extended brews will enhance the berry flavours of this particular harvest, whilst the espresso extractions are silky and sweet with a  mouthwatering acidity.  

With the warmer weather on the horizon, this coffee will also serve you very well as a cold brew too. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
