SPARKLE BLEND: OUR CHRISTMAS COFFEE
Merry Christmas! We love this time of year, and one of our favourite things to do leading up to it is crafting a blend that fills our hearts and tummies with all the Christmas cheer we can fit into a bag. This year we were playing around with some really great combinations of origins, and eventually landed on this one: Rum barrel aged Colombian, washed Burundi Rusekabuye, and Nicaragua Peralta. The Sparkle Blend.
It reminds us of booze infused chocolate truffles, not only because of the scrumptious play of flavours between delicate and decadent (floral, white peach, dark chocolate and rum), but also how it evokes that feeling of celebration and sharing amongst friends. The sparkle of swapping the little but appreciated handmade gifts among friends and popping the champagne.
It will be available for your enjoyment from the second week of December. We hope it puts as much sparkle into your Christmas as all the grandkids drawing fire circles and flame names with sparklers in the Christmas Eve night sky.
