Shipping Information
At BMR, we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible, after all fresh is best! We aim to dispatch all order within 24 hours of payment being received and most orders as sent via regular Australia Post or Courier will arrive between 1-5 business days. Express post options are available which can reduce delivery times to 1-2 business days.

Important Information
Before we send you your order, we need to confirm your details with your card issuer. This typically takes within seconds, though sometimes unavoidable delays can occur. if they do, we will be in touch to give you more accurate timeframes and possibly ask for your help.
If the product you have orders goes on back order, you will be sent an email stating your expected dispatch date and delivery times.
All orders will be sent either by Australia Post or a reputable courier. In some cases a tracking ID will be sent via email to monitor progress, though if you are wondering where your package is, shoot us an email on info@blackmarketroasters.com.au.
If your order is lost or damaged, please email us ASAP at info@blackmarketroasters.com.au so that we may assist you. If we can ascertain it was of no fault of the purchaser, a new item may be shipped free of charge.
Delivery Promotions
Current promotion to receive a free gift of retail purchase over $50. This is defined as non wholesale clients on wholesale rates and the $50 is the base price of the goods, not including discounts or any delivery costs. The free gift can be either a Black Market Member T-shirt, 250g coffee beans or another gift at our discretion.
Insurance
We do not provide insurance on goods dispatched from our warehouse, though our courier or Australia Post may have options. Please email us at info@blackmarketroasters.com.au for more options.
