Processed at Sadayana station, built in 2022 to support 191 local farmers, this coffee undergoes precise fermentation and drying methods. A honeyed barrel fermentation for 120 hours, followed by drying on raised beds and patios, results in a complex and high-quality cup that showcases the unique flavours of the region.
