Choosing the right grind.

Do you have a grinder? If you do, then choose whole bean. If you want us to grind for you, no problem, just tell us how you brew, ie using an espresso machine, plunger or aeropress. If you method isnt there, like stovetop (espresso) then just email us operations@blackmarketroasters.com.au and we will tailor it.

Should I choose milk or no milk?

Do you drink with milk ie do you have a flat white, cappuccino, latte or do you drink it as a short black or long black. The significance as we roast and recommend different coffees depending on your answer.

What beans will I be getting?

If you drink your coffee with milk, then you will be getting a lovely fresh roasted blend of single origins designed to be paired with milk. Think caramel, chocolate, nutty and deliciously full bodied.

If you drink your coffee black, you will be on an exciting journey of single origin discovery. From the highlands of Ethiopia to the jungles of Costa Rica, balanced acidity is your friend!
