This coffee is sourced from smallholder farmers who deliver their cherries to the Ngozi Mubuga washing station. Each family produces approximately 200- 250kg per year. The cherries are meticulously handpicked and sorted using flotation tanks at this small-scale processing facility. Known for its commitment to quality, the station produces only the finest coffee, which is clearly reflected in every cup.
