Survey Results: How Do You Coffee?

We asked the question...How do you coffee? Here are the results:

• 56% of home baristas surveyed buy their coffee from a local cafe, though there was a strong representation from online subscriptions
• Over 3/4 of people own their own grinder which is a massive statistic in that it shows how sophisticated the sample set is!
• With the method of extraction, espresso is still king, double any other method. Though there is a rise in filter coffee, with plunger still holding strong as the go to for lazy baristas. I still think the plunger is one of the best ways to enjoy an origin flavour.

Thank you to all the people who spent the time on the survey and I guess it shows us there is still a spread of home coffee consumers that love oil and espresso and even instant. The market is changing though as coffee roasters, we have to continue to educate when we can so we can help you all make better coffee at home!
