Nicol Family Road Trip

First stop: Public Bar in our nation's capital, where we enjoyed a good bevvie (or two)

We visited Project Origin, where we've sourced some delicious coffees, chatted all things new fermentation techniques (you know, just normal Q grader things) and met the Coffee Man himself, Sasa Sestic of ONA Coffee. We were pretty chuffed!

Then it was out to the Olympic Hotel in rural Cootamundra (nice shirt Lysh in the background ;))

We headed across the boarder and into Victoria to spend the long weekend, then headed back down our home turf and a couple of hours south to enjoy some delicious oysters with a view at The Oyster Shed in Bateman's Bay. There's Angus in the background having a hard time deciding between natural and kilpatrick.

It was back to work the next day, and we're already planning our next road trip away!
