If you haven't already, 2 of the big guns in Specialty Coffee in Australia have opened their own espresso bar and roasting business.Shoji and Dan form a longstanding relationship in the Sydney coffee scene and have finally combined to bring us Artificer Specialty Coffee. Located at 547 Bourke St, Surry Hills, the site is clean & fresh, just like their coffee. They want to break new ground, undeterred by breaking a few rules endeavouring to produce bright acidic coffee, roasted in a way that allows the beans to soak up the heat and stretch the development phase.
