  1. Can you tell us a little bit about the history of the cafe?
A little over two years ago Whisk & Paddle was launched and continues to grow. We are all about simple fresh healthy produce most importantly a place for the local community to relax in a park setting with cool vibes.
2. What do you love most about being in Sydney?
The beaches, open green spaces in the heart of the city and most of all the amazing fresh produce.
3. What does Summer look like for the cafe?
We have been told our cafe is like Bondi beach with out the sand. Check us out some time!
4. What are you loving on the menu right now?
We have just finished test recipes and are about to launch our Spring/Summer menu. Our go-to dish right now is shaved zucchini, peas, mint, poached eggs and parmesan.
5. Your go-to coffee?
A good Flat White, the right temperature with a great flavour consistency.
