French Press Beans or Plunger Coffee Beans How to Use

How-to-french-press guide:
- Boil fresh water
- Grind course freshly roasted coffee beans into the plunger - Head to: bmroasters.staging.wpengine.com/product/french-press-plunger-coffee-beans
- Pour a little hot water (around 92 deg) slowly over the grounds, just until the coffee grounds are covered
- Stir the paste slowly 3 times, to ensure all the coffee grounds are wet
- Let the coffee bloom (breathe) for 30 seconds
- Pour the remainder of the water in and pop the top of the plunger on
- We recommend a coffee to water ratio of 1:12
- (Don’t press down yet)
- Wait for 4 minutes, no more, no less
- Press the plunger slowly down; it should give a little resistance, indicating the grind is just right. If it falls down by itself, adjust the grind-fine. If it is really hard to push, adjust the grind-coarse.
- Pour the contents out straight away to prevent over extraction of the remaining grinds. Consume as quickly as possible
