Guatemala : Antigua Los Volcanes The Antigua region in Guatemala has long been renowned for producing some of the countries best specialty coffees. The coffee is cultivated under the shade of trees which protects it from the occasional frost in the colder months, and the volcanic soil is rich in minerals. This harvest is everything we want it to be: crisp green apple, nutty, smooth milk chocolate, and absolutely moreish.
