It is always an exciting time of year when the new crop Ethiopian coffee’s start arriving into Port.  But this coffee is one we have been hanging out for!  The Yirgacheffe region has become well known for it’s fruit driven flavours and the coffee is proving it is living up to it’s name. As Sydney coffee roasters, and coffee suppliers, we source some of the freshest coffee beans and deliver them weekly to your cafe.

Koke is the name of the village where this coffee is produced and processed and boasts beautiful views courtesy it’s high altitude.  The coffee delivered here comes from over 4000 small farmers that all grow coffee to exceptional standards.

This Natural coffee was dried on tables for 15 days ledning to extra sweetness in the cup.
