‘Elephant hills’ is what the locals call this estate. The coffee is grown in a rainforest with an abundance of wildlife around it. The quality of what they produce here is exceptional for this region, which is why we are showcasing it again this year. We love the spicy undertones and sweet toffee finish. It has just enough brightness to bring the complexity of flavours together.
