We are honoured to be roasting this coffee produced by Almaz Mamo from the Yirgcheffe region. It is very rare for coffee from Ethiopia to be traceable back to a single producer. This coffee was processed onsite rather than at a washing station and careful care has been taken to ensure high quality is achieved. Flavours in the cup are intensely sweet and fruity and will be enjoyed best neat or with some water.
