SINGLE ORIGIN – HONDURAS Hernan Martinez [Bright Roast]

Hernan Martinez is the third generation of coffee growers and concentrates his efforts on cultivating specialty grade coffee. Cherries are hand picked and sorted before being de-pulped and fermented for 18 hours. Care is taken to ensure the internal temperature never rises too high. The coffee is then dried in a green house for approximately 20 days. The results are a juicy brew with notes of stone-fruit and a sparkling citrus acidity.
